DIRECTIONS TO CONTENT LODGE

Content lodge is situate on the R560, about halfway between the village of Magaliesburg and Hekpoort.

1)  From the village of Magaliesburg:

As you travel through the village in a westerly direction, the road forks at the top of the hill: the R24 to Rustenburg goes right.  Take this road and follow it for approximately 7km.  The road winds past Mount Grace, Lover’s Rock.  Carry on until the R560 to Hekpoort turns off to your right.  Travel along this road for 2,2km.  You will see the sign board “Content – Etienne & Susann Vlok” on the right hand side. 

2)  From Hekpoort:

The farm entrance is situate exactly 10km from the T-junction of the R560 and the R563 at Hekpoort.

3)  From Johannesburg:

The easiest route is to travel along Hendrik Potgieter Road (R47) in a westerly direction.  Cross the Pretoria – Krugersdorp Highway.  There is a traffic light here and you will see the Sasol Garage on the left hand side.  The direction sign says “N14 Ventersdorp”.  After having travelled this road for 10km, you come to a T-junction.  Turn right.  Travel along this road for 800m.  The road forks: left goes to Ventersdorp and right to Hekpoort (R563).  Travel to Hekpoort.  After 24km you will come to the T-junction at Hekpoort.  Turn left (R560).  Take your odometer reading.  Content lies exactly 10km from the T-junction.

4)  From Pretoria:

Travel in a southerly direction on the N14 (R28) in the direction of Krugersdorp.  At the traffic light (the first traffic light on the N14) turn right in the direction of Ventersdorp.  The direction sign says “N14 Ventersdorp”.  After having travelled this road for 10km, you come to a T-junction.  Turn right.  Travel along this road for 800m.  The road forks: left goes to Ventersdorp and right to Hekpoort (R563).  Travel to Hekpoort.  After 24km you will come to the T-junction at Hekpoort.  Turn left (R560). Take your odometer reading.  Content lies exactly 10km from the T-junction.

5)  From Rustenburg:

Travel along the R24 in an easterly direction.  The R560 turns off to the left approximately 10km before Magaliesburg.  Turn left and travel 2,2km. 

The entrance to Content will be on your right hand side.

6) Directions at farm:

When you turn into Content Lodge, travel along the gravel road for about 500m.
